This Simple Mental Skill Can Go A long Way
Often when we discuss mental skills we focus on areas of development such as strengthening confidence, reducing pressure, increasing one’s enjoyment of the game and more. Amazingly, this one mental skill often goes overlooked. In fact, most athletes don’t even consider it to be a mental skill, however, recent studies are showing that it has profound positive benefits that target multiple areas of the mental game.
